We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions.
As a Financial Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, reconciling manual balance sheet accounts, and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile manual balance sheet accounts and company systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Record documents in local accounting software and maintain accurate records
- Review and control electronic invoicing to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Print auxiliary books and required information for audits
- Maintain Excel tables for different processes and provide administrative support
- Manage files and correspondence in the electronic and physical areas
- Organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Leadership skills to guide and support team members
- Efficient communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Technical Accountant Sena degree or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting software and Excel management
