Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Manage the HR System Support Team and oversee the HR Services Support Model for the Americas. Administer Demand Requests and delivery of all request inquiries according to agreed SLA's, and ensure consistent improvement of processes within system support requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides serviceoriented HR System support for HR and employees for issues with HR Systems
  • Manages HR system authorization requests according to global, regional and local policies
  • Monitors day to day systems and resolve any issues that arise regarding interface problems
  • Manages incoming Demand Requests for Americas including evaluating demand and project execution in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Participates in Global HR System project implementations to ensure local launch is successful
  • Ensures that HR IT projects and change requests, as well as HR data feeds to other systems or processes, comply with regional/local data protection and data privacy regulations
  • Supervision of team and people management including development, clarity of roles and responsibilities, and responsibility for performance to achieve KPIs
  • Initiates and executes ongoing HR systems audits, trainings, and other measurements to ensure high level of HR data integrity and validity
  • Oversees scheduled and ad hoc reports
  • Identifies opportunities for improving HR processes within HR Services context through information systems changes and aligns with HR Services Operations resulting activities
  • Attends regular information exchange and feedback sessions within GBS HXM organization
  • Creates and executes Mass Data Scripts
  • Coordinates and executes user acceptance testing
  • Develops and communicates HR system user manuals and guidelines
  • Provide the HR Organization upskilling or support on HR systems as required
  • Supports the creation of SLA ́s and tracks & reports on KPI achievements for the HR Services Organization
