Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist HR Services Manager to join our team at Adidas. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing HR services processes for Chile, including benefits administration, personnel management, and document administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage exit management processes, ensuring accurate registration in SAP and compliance with local legislation.
  • Administer time management, payroll, and working hours control systems, adhering to labor legislation and union rules.
  • Oversee benefits administration processes, working in alignment with regional and local organization Rewards and management.
  • Administer and update GBS Sharepoint for the country, coordinating activities related to benefits.
  • Send information to payroll for the payment of benefits and wholesale commissions.
  • Manage local mobility activities, ensuring employee movements, compliance, and adherence to mobility policy and local legislation.
  • Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes, including benefits, personnel administration, and platform access.
  • Manage HR Services and benefits vendors, ensuring timely payment of invoices and adherence to company payment terms.
  • Prepare and send required reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate information and analysis.
  • Ensure correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits.
  • Partner with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or other related careers
