Job Title: HR Systems Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global Human Resources Systems/Integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, IT groups, vendors, and senior management to establish and implement systems and processes that reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Career/Succession business processes in Workday Talent Platform.
  • Analyze recurring issues to identify possible problem triggers and best resolution.
  • Manage reported production issues through help desk case management tool and work with internal work groups and external vendors on resolutions.
  • Manage test scripts and defects.
  • Evaluate impact of new and modified applications/integrations to determine their effect on existing applications and work with IT to coordinate conversions of existing applications.
  • Create reports and dashboards intended to be shared with multiple stakeholder groups including senior management.

Requirements:

  • Min 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR Systems.
  • Cornerstone configuration experience preferred.
  • Workday (any other HRS) configuration experience – Preferred.
  • Cornerstone experience – Preferred.
  • Advanced English Skills (B2+, C1, C1+).

Work Status: Hybrid Work *3 WFO & 2 WFH
