HR Information Systems Analyst

Are you enthusiastic about Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)? We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist.
At Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), we pride ourselves on being the leading provider of specialist storage and transportation solutions for bulk liquids, including chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. Our focus also extends to opportunities in aquaculture and LNG.
Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the HRIS Manager, you will manage the global network of personnel responsible for entering and maintaining HR data, ensuring complete and accurate data capture in line with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.
Your Role Includes:
• Ensuring the optimal performance of the HRIS (primarily Oracle HCM suite), including system maintenance and upgrades.
• Providing system support and analysis to utilize technology solutions effectively for various HRIS users.
• Acting as the primary contact for daily HRIS operations for HR staff and system users.
• Producing data extracts and reports while ensuring data integrity and compliance with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.
• Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for new users on HRIS.
• Collaborating with HR team members to enhance systems and tools that support global HR processes such as compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, and organizational development, driving operational excellence and standardization across core HR processes globally.
• Serving as the steward of user experience with HR systems, defining requirements for system enhancements and validating improvements.
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems operation or administration with a focus on interdepartmental collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Familiarity with HR Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and their impact on HR systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a self-directed work environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
