Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the global network of personnel tasked with entering and maintaining HR data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness in line with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing and optimizing the functionality of the HRIS (primarily the Oracle HCM suite), including system maintenance and upgrades.

• Providing analytical support and system assistance to enhance technology solutions for various HRIS users.

• Acting as the primary contact for daily HRIS operations, supporting HR staff and new users.

• Generating data extracts and reports while ensuring data integrity and conducting data analysis in accordance with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.

• Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for new users on the HRIS.

• Collaborating with HR team members to implement effective systems and tools that support global HR processes, including annual compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, and organizational development, while promoting operational excellence and standardization across core HR functions globally.

• Enhancing user experience with HR systems by defining requirements for system improvements and validating changes.

• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in systems operation or administration, with a focus on interdepartmental collaboration.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.

• Solid understanding of HR processes and data management.

• Familiarity with HR Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and their impact on HR systems.

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a self-directed work environment.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
