Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Oversee the HR services operations for the region, focusing on benefits management, personnel documentation, HR information systems, and data oversight in alignment with both regional and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the flawless execution of HR Services processes from recruitment to retirement, including Document Management and Benefits Administration, Leave Management (vacation, sick, parental/maternity leaves), accurate registration with local authorities, and Master Data Management (handling of personnel and organizational data).
- Manage Exit Procedures (administration of both voluntary and involuntary separations), ensuring accurate termination entries in the HR system with appropriate justifications and documentation, while adhering to local regulations.
- Oversee Time Management systems to ensure proper payroll and working hours tracking, in compliance with current labor laws and union agreements, while conducting thorough monthly data analysis to prevent payroll discrepancies.
- Administer the benefits management processes for the region, collaborating with local and regional teams to ensure correct payroll configurations for deductions and reporting.
- Maintain and update the country-specific GBS SharePoint and coordinate activities related to employee benefits.
- Facilitate the transmission of information to payroll for benefits payments and other compensations.
- Manage local mobility initiatives to ensure compliance with mobility policies and local laws, working closely with the regional Mobility Manager on vendor management.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR Services processes (benefits, personnel management, payroll access, vacation requests, SharePoint, etc.).
- Oversee relationships with HR Services and benefits vendors.
- Ensure timely processing of all HR Services-related invoices, adhering to company payment policies.
- Supervise the collection of vendor invoices in accordance with contractual agreements and manage the GBS and Benefits budget for the region.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to governmental bodies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to manage employee relations and labor-related activities.
- Partner with HR Directors and business units to ensure alignment and delivery of top-tier services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience in the role with comprehensive qualifications for the supported regions.
- Broad theoretical and practical knowledge, including familiarity with company policies and practices.
- Understanding of local processes, practices, and labor laws is advantageous.
- Proficient in HR Systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
