Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Oversee the HR services operations for the region, including benefits management, personnel documentation, HR information systems, and data governance in alignment with both regional and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the flawless execution of HR Services processes, including Document Management and Benefits Administration, Leave and Absence Management (such as vacations and parental leaves), accurate registration with local authorities, and Master Data Management (people and organizational data).
  • Manage Exit Processes (both voluntary and involuntary), ensuring accurate termination registrations in the HR system, with appropriate documentation and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee time management systems to ensure correct payroll processing and compliance with labor laws and union agreements, while critically analyzing monthly data to prevent payroll discrepancies.
  • Administer the benefits management processes, ensuring alignment with regional and local organizational strategies and correct payroll parameterization for deductions and reporting.
  • Maintain and update the GBS SharePoint for the region and coordinate activities related to employee benefits.
  • Facilitate the transmission of information to payroll for benefit payments and commissions.
  • Manage local mobility activities to ensure compliance with mobility policies and local laws, collaborating with regional Mobility Managers on vendor management.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR Services processes (benefits, personnel administration, payroll access, vacations, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Oversee relationships with HR Services and benefits vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of all HR Services-related invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor the collection of invoices from vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and managing the GBS and Benefits budget.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis.
  • Participate in audits and compliance activities related to HR processes, collaborating with HR and legal teams.
  • Work closely with HR Directors and business units to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience in HR services, fully qualified for the regions supported.
  • Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of company policies and practices.
  • Familiarity with local processes, practices, and labor laws is advantageous.
  • Proficient in HR Systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working with remote teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
