OBJETIVO


Dar cumplimiento a los objetivos comerciales de la compañía brindando una asesoría, capacitación formal y acompañamiento integral a los clientes actuales y ejecutar estrategias encaminadas al sostenimiento de los clientes actuales y a la consecución de nuevos clientes.


DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

  • Brindar las herramientas necesarias, para procurar el uso apropiado de los dispositivos médicos comercializados.
  • Brindar capacitación y soporte asistencial a los usuarios de los equipos biomédicos y dispositivos médicos comercializados por Terumo BCT.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, conforme a las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Establecer e identificar las conexiones y los contactos estratégicos de las instituciones y clientes.
  • Durante el proceso de venta, realizar las actividades de promoción a las que haya lugar. (técnicas, científicas y administrativas)
  • Identificar el nível de satisfacción de los clientes y las oportunidades de mejora.
  • Brindar constante y oportuna retroalimentación al equipo de trabajo sobre las información y novedades que se presentan en los clientes actuales, clientes potenciales y mercado en general.
  • Realizar el acompañamiento y seguimiento a la propuesta comercial, con el objetivo de lograr la aceptación de la oferta por parte de la institución.
  • Realizar las proyecciones de ventas del área a cargo.
  • Realizar permanente seguimiento de cartera.
  • Cumplir con los reportes de ventas establecidos por la gerencia de ventas
  • Hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de contratos y fechas de renovación
  • Hacer seguimiento a las licitaciones públicas
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de desempeño y desarrollo establecidos para el año fiscal
  • Utilizar oportuna y adecuadamente las herramientas educativas de la compañía.
  • Dar cumplimiento a las políticas y procedimientos locales y de calidad de la compañía.
  • Desempeñar todas las funciones teniendo en cuenta el reglamento interno de trabajo y el código de ética de Terumo BCT.
  • Comunicar o reportar cualquier evento o incidente derivado del uso de cualquiera de los dispositivos médicos distribuidos por Terumo BCT de acuerdo con las políticas establecidas.
  • Dar cumplimiento a políticas y procedimientos derivados del Sistema de Calidad bajo la norma ISO 1348
  • Cumplir las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones del sistema de gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa;
  • Participar y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
  • Participar activamente en las demás actividades, diligenciamiento de herramientas de control, registros, y otros instrumentos y lineamientos establecidos por el Sistema de Gestión Integral de la Organización.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DE CALIFICACIÓN

Educación:
Título profesional como Bacteriólogo o Enfermera o equivalente con los conocimientos necesarios para llevar a cabo este cargo.

Capacitación:
Nível medio bajo de ingles oral, escrito, además del idioma local.

Experiência:3 años de experiência clínica y ventas de productos de interés
