About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Account Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Clinical Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff, as well as driving growth among targeted physicians and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical & Technical Support:
    • Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff during electrophysiology procedures.
    • Advise physicians on best practices and product usage.
    • Train physicians and hospital staff on product usage and protocols.
    • Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment, maintaining composure and problem-solving focus.
    • Ensure effective servicing and functioning of products, including upgrades and connectivity.
    • Engage in diagnostic dialogues with internal and external stakeholders and formulate solutions.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Develop customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
    • Build awareness of solutions, conduct sales presentations, and introduce new technology and products to key opinion leaders.
    • Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities and facilitate contact with key decision makers.
    • Expand sales opportunities and access for products and convert competitive products in a manner consistent with company policy and sales direction.
  • Business Efficiency:
    • Analyze data and prepare sales reports and presentation packages.
    • Improve customer case support capability through efficient planning and scheduling techniques.
    • Perform contract and tender management activities.
    • Additional duties include performing administrative work, including handling account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and company system input.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering (Biomedical a plus).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Languages: Advanced English Proficiency required.
