Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Support: Offer field/remote clinical support in areas such as case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
- Attend Cases: Attend cases face-to-face/remotely with customers and advise physicians on clinical attributes/techniques associated with our products.
- Ensure Timely Reporting: Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
- Support Sales Goals: Support the team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
- Develop Business Relationships: Develop deep understanding of the workflows and specificities of each hospital and business relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Respond to Customer Needs: Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Record Customer Information: Record customer information and activities in the company's CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
- Provide Education Support: Provide education support on product usage and customer training.
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor in engineering, nursing, or health areas.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in cath lab. Commercial, sales areas is desirable.
- Language Skills: B1 English level.
- Technical Skills: Information and indicator analysis, Excel (intermediate).
