**Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

A day in the life:


You are a passionate and entrepreneurial B2B leader, focused on accelerating Power Digital's B2B Division and driving exceptional client results.

Your time is spent building processes, products, and teams that solve the needs of our B2B clients.

You focus on building predictable B2B client revenue through new business and service expansion, measuring the impact and return on investment that clients receive working with Power Digital, and improving and iterating Power Digital's B2B product.

You regularly stay up-to-date on B2B marketing trends and serve as the B2B expert and thought leader for Power Digital and its clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for our B2B clients
  • Lead, train, and develop our B2B Client Services team
  • Establish and drive predictable, healthy B2B client revenue and retention
  • Maintain healthy net revenue retention within the B2B Division
  • Design and build marketing campaigns that meet the needs of our clients
  • Optimize our processes, technology, and time from our people to improve client ROI
  • Stay uptodate on B2B marketing trends
  • Recruit, build for and iterate the structure of a team of B2B marketers
  • Create and innovate our go to market strategy for B2B

Role Requirements:

  • Intense focus on B2B marketing with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and challenge yourself
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a marketing agency or similar environment
  • Experience with marketing campaign tactics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Datadriven decision making
  • A proactive approach toward "building" a business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • History in a revenue or demand generating role (sales, partnerships, etc.)
  • Experience with B2B marketing tools
  • Familiarity with different growth structures at B2B companies
