**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.
A day in the life:
As Director of Content Strategy, you are responsible for leading the Content Strategy for Power Digital's clients, with an emphasis on B2B and lead generation businesses.
As the leader of this Content product, you are responsible for crafting and innovating the Content product, delivering exceptional product quality to Power Digital's clients, and leading both an internal and external team of Content marketers and copywriters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Content Marketing strategies for our B2B clients
- Serve as the lead on Content clients to interview and gather the right information to produce highly technical content that drives results
- Lead, train, and develop our Content team, including internal and external writers
- Maintain healthy net revenue retention for Content clients
- Optimize our processes, technology, and time from our people to improve client ROI
- Recruit, build for and iterate the Content team
Role Requirements:
- 6+ years devising marketleading content creation strategy and execution
- Focus on Content marketing with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and challenge yourself
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team, including:
- Experience in overseeing growth and overall sentiment of team
- Proven success in coaching and developing team members
- Deep experience with B2B marketing strategies and tactics
- Proven experience developing & optimizing multimedia content pieces
- Experience managing team of both internal and external resources and partners
- Experience leveraging AI for content production
