  • En Linio Colombia buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Financial Planning and Control Manager, para liderar la Gerencia de Planning & Control, Home Delivery, con base en Colombia.

¿Cuál es el principal objetivo del cargo?

Liderar y gestionar el equipo responsable de la planeación financiera de Home Delivery, al igual que el control financiero y operativo, generando estrategias para la continuidad y eficiencia del negocio.


¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Liderar y administrar los procesos de control de Home Delivery:
  • Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto, sustentar las desviaciones y trabajar en conjunto con las demás áreas los planes de mejora.
  • Conciliar con el área de Finanzas y contabilidad de cada BU las provisiones de gastos y las facturaciones intercompany.
  • Administrar las cuentas de gasto y de recupero, validando que los números que se proyecten cada cierre de mes sean los correctos y estén alineados al plan de operaciones.
  • Garantizar que los servicios con proveedores sean liquidados, ingresados a SAP, se genere OC y sean facturados oportunamente y en función a fechas de corte estipuladas.
  • Conciliar mensualmente las cuentas de gasto y descuento con Sellers.
  • Gestionar el proceso de rendición y liquidación de transportistas, garantizando que sea un proceso eficiente, dinámico y oportuno.
  • Liderar todas las etapas dentro del desarrollo de proyectos que incluyan planeación y logística de Home Deliver
  • Optimización de redes y eficiencias logísticas de Home Delivery.
  • Análisis de los procesos de logística.
  • Liderar el análisis estratégico BI
  • Mejora de procesos y pronósticos.
  • Automatizar los procesos de extracción y consolidación de información de HD.
  • Diseñar herramientas que permitan la consolidación correcta de información así como su adecuado almacenamiento.
Proveer de herramientas de acceso de información para uso de las distintas áreas de negocio.

Requerimientos del cargo

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Maestría relacionada al rol y/o negocio.
  • Experiência +5 años en cargos Manager/Head/Director en Finanzas, Administración y Control.
  • Experiência total +8 años en el área de Finanzas, Administración y Control.
  • Experiência deseable en empresas/negocios de Ecommerce y/o Logísticos.
  • Inglés intermedio
