Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Planning and Administration Specialist to facilitate tax planning and administration projects, coordinating efforts among stakeholders and assuming the role of project manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the planning and accounting teams to ensure precise end-to-end tax reporting for M&A, US international planning, and other specialized projects and transactions.
  • Support improvements in income tax processes and workflow effectiveness, overseeing such initiatives as a project manager.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English at the B2+ level.
  • Experience in global Merger and Acquisition projects.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Taxes.
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or organizational studies preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams with strong project management skills.
