About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to challenge the status quo and lead the transformation of our financial planning and analysis activities. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management to support decision-making.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with different departments to develop strategic plans and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights on financial performance.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
- Leadership: Inspiring, motivating, and influencing peers and the Affiliate/Hub lead team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in delivering results.
- Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, fluent in English and Spanish, and proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Split-Week Hybrid work model.
