We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to provide financial analysis support and insight to our global operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing control, coordination, and management of data flow for strategic planning, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets for our Latin American operations, including Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, and Ecuador.
- Analyze revenue and EBITDA results to identify key growth drivers and trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Act as a finance partner to our General Managers, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth.
- Support the preparation of business cases and cost simulation scenarios, leveraging your analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present budget and forecast analysis to senior management, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial data.
- Research and report on ad-hoc information requests, providing timely and accurate responses to support business needs.
- Review financial clauses on customer contracts to ensure alignment with corporate policies, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Review and approve pricing calculators, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial calculations.
- Prepare cash flow reports, providing critical insights into our financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
- Advanced degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management, preferred.
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Experience with financial systems and databases, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management.
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
