- Maintain a professional reception area.

- Coordinate local and international courier services.
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle maintenance issues.
- Work with vendors to maintain service levels.
- Provide event support and planning.
- Improve the workplace experience for employees.
- Collaborate with IT/AV teams to ensure office equipment is maintained.
- Audit and resolve FM work tickets.
- Maintain SOP manuals and update service requests.
- Assist with office maintenance issues.
- Manage office space, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist staff and visitors with exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate office logistics and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Participate in projects to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Provide access to maintenance providers and ensure technical devices are operational.
The Ideal Candidate
- Completed or pursuing studies in an Administrative area (Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong administrative skills.
- Spanish and English fluency required.
- Strong service mentality and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
