Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with IT and AV teams to maintain office equipment and ensure seamless operations.
  • Audit and ensure FM work tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Enter service requests and update work completion status in the work order system.
  • Coordinate and assist with lobby and general maintenance issues.
  • Partner with CRES, vendors, and internal teams to manage office space, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Oversee office logistics, including arranging transportation and maintaining IT/AV equipment.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Participate in internal projects that improve workplace experience and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in an administrative field (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong administrative skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement.
  • Phenomenal service mentality and passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach.
