  • Serve as the HubSpot expert; managing the company's CRM database. Ensure data cleanliness and complete content in the CRM database
  • Setup & administration of CRM to support development and success of Sales & Marketing strategies by developing and executing on priorities & plans
  • Review and report on automation results to measure the effectiveness of sales & marketing tactics, making actionable recommendations based on data
  • Establish and deliver marketing KPI reporting, dashboards, and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution and effectiveness
  • Develop, build, and improve system documentation and processes
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to establish or enhance HubSpot's contribution to the growth of our organization and our strategic objectives

Experience

  • 2+ years proven experience in HubSpot setup and maintenance or costumer support
  • Experience in similar platforms will be considered, including Salesforce, Marketo, ShareSpring, EngageBay.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering
  • Proficient in Data Studio and Excel.
  • Ability to Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results and the ROI of investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
