Position Overview:

Nerdy is seeking a skilled Senior HubSpot Administrator (Full-Time Contractor) to enhance our HubSpot CRM platform's functionality within the organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the migration, implementation, and management of the HubSpot infrastructure, ensuring its effective utilization across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our HubSpot deployment with our strategic business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HubSpot CRM, focusing on both implementation and management.
  • HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification and HubSpot Sales Software Certification, are highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of B2B/SaaS marketing, sales, and customer success workflows.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and API functionalities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a background in reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with designers and engineers to define and implement features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management and Optimization: Ensure comprehensive utilization of the HubSpot platform to fulfill business requirements, including managing user accounts, workflows, pipelines, and custom fields while maintaining data integrity.
  • Integration and Automation: Facilitate integration of HubSpot with various systems and tools, such as Salesforce and WordPress. Develop and manage automation workflows to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and sustain reports and dashboards within HubSpot to monitor KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer service, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and assistance to HubSpot users within the organization, developing documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Strategy and Innovation: Collaborate with leadership to devise and execute strategies that maximize HubSpot capabilities, staying informed on HubSpot features and industry trends to propose enhancements and innovations.
