Position : Sales Development Representative

Working Hours : Must be able to overlap with CT or EST hours for optimal collaboration with team members and clients.

Salary Range : 1,300 - 1,700 USD

Holiday : TBD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our company’s products and services
  • Leading consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our CEO, CFO, CIO, or COO
  • Learn and understand all the technical aspects relating to ShareForce's share plan product to onboard clients and client information onto the ShareForce platform, and manage client requirements
  • Implement and advise on the technical aspects of ShareForce's share plan product
  • Set up award issue and exercise processes, including communication with brokers to ensure a seamless trading process
  • Assist clients with IFRS 2 and incentive related queries and in using the system
  • Create and provide training to clients in using the platform

Qualifications:
  • At least 1-3 years of Sales experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Candidates should possess some form of professional experience within the US or Canadian markets, demonstrating an understanding of the business environment and cultural nuances pertinent to these regions.
  • Background in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable but not required
  • Successful completion of a 3 or 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools, Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has great attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Requires minimal supervision
