**We are looking for an experienced and passionate Outbound SDR to join our international Sales Team. You will contribute to the overall sales success by generating a leads pipeline, performing qualification and discovery, and then, scheduling product demonstration calls for the Tidio AE team.**

**As the Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will**:

- Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points;
- Manage a pipeline of high, and medium-intent leads in a well-organized and effective way;
- Keep a track record of data for a better understanding of changes in a pipeline and the progress of key performance metrics;
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and new business metrics;
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product, customer stories and the best sales practices;
- Leverage tools like Hubspot, DialPad and Seamless;
- Actively partner with your peers from the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to contribute to the overall success of the sales process.

**You are the perfect fit if you have**:

- **Minimum 4 years of experience as an Outbound SDR/BDR in the** **B2B SaaS** industry and a proven track record of successful lead generation and qualification;
- Native or near-native level command of English;
- Experience in making high-volume sales calls and managing a generated pipeline;
- ** Experience with SMBs and Midmarket sales;**:

- Attention to detail and good data hygiene - to maintain profiles in a database and be on track with your activity goals;
- Curiosity around understanding the SMB/Midmarket industry and how different companies could use Tidio;
- Exceptional listening skills that help you to understand well clients perspective;
- Passion for the tech field and focus on developing a sales-oriented career.
