Responsabilidades:
  • Atender de manera efectiva y amable las solicitudes de los clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas.
  • Proporcionar información precisa y oportuna sobre los servicios de la compañía naviera.
  • Resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes de manera proactiva y eficiente.
  • Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente en todo momento.

  • Horarios: Nocturno de 02:00 am a 06:00 am (100% remoto). Diurno 9:00am a 13:00pm (Hibrido 3 días casa - 2 Oficina)




Requisitos:
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Agente de Atención Telefónica.
  • Idiomas: Dominio avanzado de español e inglés.
  • Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y resolución de problemas.
  • Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario nocturno de medio tiempo.
  • Herramientas: Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de atención al cliente.
