Responsabilidades:
- Atender de manera efectiva y amable las solicitudes de los clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas.
- Proporcionar información precisa y oportuna sobre los servicios de la compañía naviera.
- Resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes de manera proactiva y eficiente.
- Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente en todo momento.

- Horarios: Nocturno de 02:00 am a 06:00 am (100% remoto). Diurno 9:00am a 13:00pm (Hibrido 3 días casa - 2 Oficina)
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Agente de Atención Telefónica.
- Idiomas: Dominio avanzado de español e inglés.
- Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y resolución de problemas.
- Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario nocturno de medio tiempo.
- Herramientas: Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de atención al cliente.
