Unicity International Customer Service Agent Position in Bogotá

Unicity International, a global health and wellness company, is seeking commercial advisors/agents to join our customer service team in Bogotá. This role focuses on serving the Latin markets in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Position Details:

- Schedule:Sunday to Sunday- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM- Location: North Bogotá Office - Near 93 Park

Skills Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Inbound and Chat campaigns)- Market knowledge- Ability to address and resolve PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims) on first contact- Strong documentation skills- Adherence to KPI indicators- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation- Multitasking abilities- Basic Excel skills- English proficiency at C1 level

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide information about products and services to customers and resolve their issues.- Create and manage customer accounts.- Update customer records with accurate information.- Address and resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.- Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.- Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs and information.- Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
