Localidad: Medellin

Objetivo: Implementar procesos y políticas de Gestión de Ventas relacionadas con el desarrollo de negocios, el P&L de productos/marcas, licencias de marca, en línea con los objetivos comerciales y financieros, directrices y políticas del Grupo.

Responsabilidades:

·Implementar procesos y políticas de Gestión de Ventas y Marketing relacionados con el desarrollo de negocios, el P&L de productos/marcas, licencias de marca, en línea con los objetivos comerciales y financieros, directrices y políticas del Grupo.

·Ejecutar actividades de ventas y desarrollo de negocios, incluido el desarrollo de alianzas/canales/asociaciones de red. • Implementar, ejecutar y mantener los programas y políticas relacionados con la evaluación, medición y gestión del P&L del producto/marca (por ejemplo, presupuesto, gastos, rentabilidad, retorno de inversión, etc.).

·Contribuir al desarrollo y administración de actividades de licencias de marca para expandir la presencia de la marca dentro de los estándares de calidad aprobados por la marca.

·Colaborar con otros equipos de Ventas y Marketing para asegurar que se cumplan los volúmenes de ventas de productos/marcas, así como los objetivos de rentabilidad.

· Puede influir en otros dentro del área laboral a través de la explicación de hechos, políticas y prácticas.

· Brinda apoyo e interactúa principalmente con colegas.

· Establece relaciones y comprende los intereses y preocupaciones de los clientes y las partes interesadas clave.

Requerimientos:

Educación: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

Experiencia: 2-5 años en ventas diretas
