Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with strong customer service and data management skills. This role will involve a significant amount of phone communication, including after-hours and weekend coverage, as well as data entry and CRM management.

Responsibilities:

  • Phone Support (50% of Role): Handle high volumes of calls, including a large number of Spanish-speaking customers. Provide after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Dash CRM to manage customer data, including entering data points, moving forms, and cleaning up records.
  • Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization of information.
  • Basic Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Minor Estimation Assistance: Help with minor estimate modifications and other related tasks.
  • Technical Savvy: Quickly learn and adapt to various dashboards and tools used within the company.
  • General Information Systems Knowledge: Manage and handle privileged information with care and confidentiality.
  • Time Tracking: Use tools like Deel, Gusto, and Veem for time tracking and payroll.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Customer Service Experience: Basic customer service experience is required, with the ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage and enter data into CRM systems.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle and protect privileged information.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or customer service role.
