This is a remote position.

We are Sell2Rent, a dynamic and innovative startup focused on growth and excellence. Our mission is to drive success through strategic initiatives and exceptional service. We are looking for a committed Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our growth marketing team and contribute to our lead acquisition efforts across all channels, with a strong emphasis on organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including organic search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.

  • Identify and research potential leads, understanding their needs and how our products/services can meet them.

  • Create and optimize content for SEO to improve organic lead generation.

  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential leads and drive organic traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, particularly through organic channels.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Experience working in startups is highly desirable.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with paid advertising and its role in complementing organic lead generation.

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
