About the Role
The Acquisition Operations Leader is tasked with directing and managing the acquisition of payment solutions within the SEPDE (Electronic Payment and Documentation Service), ensuring that all processes are efficient and adhere to the relevant policies and regulations governing financial transactions and franchise management.Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operational aspects of acquiring payment solutions and managing financial transactions. Ensure that all acquisition processes align with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Manage the billing processes for franchises, ensuring precision and punctuality in invoicing. Supervise the reconciliation of compensation and payment processes. Lead initiatives related to the acquisition of services and the rollout of new payment solutions. Develop and guide the acquisition team, offering support and direction. Implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications for Success
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Administration. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Proficiency in policy processes, cost forecasting, and automation strategies. Understanding of exchange and compensation mechanisms. Familiarity with franchise compliance requirements. Experience in franchise billing. Strong project management skills. Proven experience in team management, with a focus on detail and results. Background in acquiring and managing financial transactions. Knowledge of payment systems and financial platforms. Advanced skills in Excel. Intermediate proficiency in English (B1-B2).
