Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in crafting job advertisements, posting on various ATS platforms, and attracting top candidates through diverse channels such as job boards and networking.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and facilitate interviews to assess qualifications effectively.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the scheduling and confirmation of interviews with prospective candidates.
- Post-Interview Follow-Up: Communicate with candidates and clients after interviews, providing feedback to management.
- HR Administrative Support: Aid HR Consultants with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR-related functions.
- Compliance Awareness: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure adherence in all HR processes.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with formatting employee handbooks, templates, and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both oral and written) is required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
