Position Overview: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance our HR department. This role will involve leading the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and evaluating diverse profiles needed by BairesDev and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy for current job openings.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to source potential candidates for various roles.
- Engage with Project Managers and Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities within different accounts.
- Recommend enhancements to Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
- Formulate competitive offers for candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- At least 1 year of experience in team management.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Experience in online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with head-hunting in the IT sector is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
