Role: Sales Manager
Working Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, US Time Zone - Overlapping EST, MST and CST
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary: up to 2,000 USD per month (depending upon skills and experience)

About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company’s values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage daily activity expectations for sales representatives
  • Enforce team adherence to activity benchmarks and quota targets
  • Provide coaching and corrective feedback through call reviews and process standardization
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and management of newly hired sales representatives
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, assets, and training materials
  • Prepare the team for new product launches and feature rollouts
  • Oversee compensation plans and bonus administration

Requirements

Need to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the construction tech space
  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks, including CRM (HubSpot), VoIP, and product analytics tools.
  • Obsessed with metrics and has a track record of using data to drive sales performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing talent
  • Innovative thinker who's not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom
