Descripción del empleo

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, executing and reporting growth marketing strategies and plans on a local level. This professional will be constantly running tests throughout the funnel to fine tune campaigns and ensure success. The position will assist the Growth Marketing Manager on increasing acquisition, retention, and revenue by optimizing campaigns across channels.

Requisitos

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Coordinate proper digital media buy campaign definition, implementation and execution with agencies and affiliates

•Ensure campaigns maximize its results thru preferred digital marketing channels: Search, Mobile, Display and Social measuring engagements, qualify marketing leads and calculate ROI

•Monitor KPIs and related metrics to ensure goals are reached at affiliate and brand level

•Update information in website to ensure Affiliates Lead Click sections and CTAs and available promotions are properly working and communicated

•Collaborate with Growth Marketing manager, Marketing and Brand teams in onboarding new partners

•Work with Marketing Coordinators and Growth Marketing manager to establish and support day-to-day partner needs and brand presence on their digital ecosystem

•Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators in quarterly partner plans creation that generate market awareness and drive opportunities ensuring digital activities are considered

•Work with Growth Marketing manager, Marketing team and Agencies to fulfill specific partner needs – communication campaigns adherence, creative development for digital as needed

•Check and report positioning of Universal + brandwithin assigned affiliates across their digital channels

•Leverage key research and marketing results to inform insights. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Solid project management skills. Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

· Community management experience.

· Outstanding writing skills in Spanish and English.

· High attention to detail.

· Familiarized with different content management systems, social and digital analytics tools.

· Open minded and early adopter.

· A multitasker and a team player. Passionate about the digital world.

· Entertainment follower. TV shows fan and movie lover

· Bachelor’s degree in related field

· Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
