About the Role
Position: Growth Marketer
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Eastern Time
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: up to $2,000 USD per month
Role Overview:
The Growth Marketer will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing & Technology, serving as the primary contact for all digital marketing initiatives. This position will be pivotal in spearheading projects aimed at enhancing the company's online visibility and contributing significantly to our client's overall achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Growth Marketing:
- Take charge of digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a key partner to the digital marketing team.
- Expertise in Data-Driven Advertising:
- Analyze Google Ads campaigns and manage a vast product catalog.
- Comfortable navigating large data sets and making informed adjustments.
- Document insights for future campaign enhancements.
- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics.
- Have a foundational understanding of social media platforms.
- Growth through Analytics & Content:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to drive growth strategies.
- Manage ongoing Meta Ads and prepare for TikTok Ads initiatives.
- Oversee SEO strategies without direct execution.
- Collaboration in Content Marketing:
- Experience in content marketing is advantageous.
- Develop content strategies in partnership with a copywriter.
- Engage in influencer outreach for customer acquisition.
- Utilize both organic and paid marketing channels effectively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, particularly in Digital Marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and acquisition channels.
- A background in STEM fields is preferred due to the nature of data handling.
- Demonstrated passion for retail and digital marketing.
- Ability to lead projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in fast-paced work environments.
- Strong analytical and campaign management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Flexible and collaborative mindset.
- High level of integrity.
- Familiarity with Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify is beneficial.
- Desirable: Experience in email marketing.
