About the Role:

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in digital marketing, client relationship management, and event organization, complemented by outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Management: Create and oversee compelling content for the company's social media platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain the CRM system (Hubspot) with precise contact details and ensure data integrity.
  • Client Engagement: Manage the distribution of newsletters and prepare outreach communications, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Organize and keep current marketing documents and project information.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and prepare for industry events, including conferences, trade shows, client gatherings, and team-building activities.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at business growth and diversification.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to various software platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Strapi, EventCreate).
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a diverse team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
