Job Description

En Publicis Groupe Bogotá Colombia, estamos en la busqueda de una persona para ocupar el cargo de Growth Marketing Director.  Altamente capacitado en el ámbito digital y de marketing.

Con una sólida formación en análisis de datos, performance digital y una amplia gama de herramientas y técnicas de marketing , con capacidad de identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de crecimiento para el cliente y la agencia. Además, su experiencia en la implementación de campañas y estrategias de marketing le permite comprender y optimizar el ROI de las mismas. Posee habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo excepcionales, lo que le permite trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos y equipos para alcanzar objetivos comunes.

Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias growth de captación de clientes y colocación de productos en canales de venta Web y App estableciendo planes de medios donde defina duración, frecuencia, channel-mix, presupuesto, KPIs, modelos de datos y experimentos. Implemente, administre y mejore los KPI en todos los canales digitales para cumplir con los objetivos de adquisición manteniendo un CAC estable. Ayudar a identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento y utilizando nuevos canales y campañas (con un enfoque de test & learn). Responsable de la gestión del sitio web, SEO y optimizaciones de la tasa de conversión con un enfoque clave en customer insights y el desarrollo de customers journeys para encontrar puntos críticos y mejorar la experiencia. Estructurar la forma y el manejo del uso de los datos generados por las campañas y las plataformas de analítica para ser aprovechados en optimizar campañas, realizar experimentos, proponer mejoras, etc. Optimizar continuamente las estrategias de audiencia en todos los canales de pago y colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Marca, Creatividad y Marketing para garantizar un mensaje coherente y alineado en todos los canales. Definir métricas clave y elaborar informes sobre el rendimiento de la colocación de productos en canales pagos. Pronostique y planifique los resultados financieros para los objetivos del presupuesto anual y ejecútelos en función de dichos objetivos. Responsable de los procesos de facturación con el cliente y agencia. Cree y haga crecer los equipos existentes mientras fomenta una cultura data-driven, altamente responsable y centrada en growth mindset.

Qualifications

+7 años de experiencia liderando equipos de campañas full performance. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo con capacidad para liderar el cambio e impulsar la innovación. Experiencia y adaptabilidad en la gestión de proyectos: capacidad para volver a priorizar mientras se opera en un entorno de ritmo acelerado, manteniendo continuamente la atención a los detalles, estableciendo prioridades y cumpliendo los plazos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal; comunicarse de manera efectiva con las partes interesadas internas en todos los niveles de la organización, los proveedores y los miembros del equipo. Excelentes habilidades en medios digitales (Social, Search, TikTok, Video, Programmatic, Performance, E-Media, Website, DTC etc.) Entendimiento de SEO, ASO, CRO, UX y UI. Conocimiento en plataformas de analítica y atribución mobile como GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, GCP y SQL.
