Position: Marketing Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Salary Range: USD

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in social media strategy, customer relationship management, and event organization, coupled with exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and manage compelling content for the company's social media platforms.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and current information in the CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure data integrity.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee the distribution of newsletters and prepare outreach communications, presentations, and various marketing collateral.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive repository of marketing documents and project information.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate industry events, trade shows, client dinners, and team-building activities.
  • Outbound Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement campaigns focused on business growth and market expansion.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to various tools (e.g., Hubspot, Strapi, EventCreate).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative spirit, capable of working well within a diverse team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
