Our Music and Brand divisions deliver influencer marketing campaigns for clients ranging from major record labels to disruptive consumer brands. Our Talent division manages well-known creators around the world, supporting them on paid opportunities and everything social media. We are seeking a Lead Generation Manager to grow our client and creator roster.

Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Manager, your core mission is to identify, outreach, negotiate, and onboard social media creators and potential clients (brands and record labels). You will identify creators that are a good fit for our company goals and key metrics. You will outreach using our internal outreach CRM and track potential leads in an organised manner. You will respond to all relevant responses, ensuring a good price and fit. You will provide regular updates to the wider Talent, Brand, and Music teams, informing them of high-potential leads. You'll constantly seek new creators and clients, ensuring we're building a roster that aligns with our goals.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and contact creators who align with our internal metrics
Research, identify, and contact clients that could benefit from our services and talent roster
Use our templates to craft and send outreach messages across email, Instagram DMs, and TikTok DMs
Track responses and non-responses using our internal AirTable software to ensure up-to-date status information for outreached creators
Negotiate with creators to ensure their price aligns with our internal creator pricing tool and key metric targets (average views, followers, etc.)
Collaborate with the Talent, Brands, and Music teams who will highlight creator styles and types of sounds to target
Create weekly reports to provide an overview of the creators onboarded in that week and progress on company wide goals.
What We're Looking For
Fluent written English, including proficiency in English slang and colloquial terms, tailoring communications as appropriate to the intended audience
Highly motivated, independent, and proactive person who is willing to learn and adapt to Salmon Studios' methodologies and fast-paced environment
Highly organised and able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound potential leads across multiple communication channels
Troubleshooting problems independently, but confident to ask appropriate questions to the wider Salmon Studios' Talent and Leadership teams
Motivated to build an understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture across Gen Z and Millennial audiences
Ability and willingness to learn how to use Airtable and other software platforms necessary for the role
Is committed to going the extra mile to onboard the target creator
No social media experience required
