Schedule: Monday to Friday

Morning shift: 8:30AM - 12:30PM

Afternoon shift: 12:30PM - 5:30PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Advertising Specialist to execute, monitor, and optimize our paid media campaigns with the objective of reaching people that need our assistance and help. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in performance marketing while working closely with an experienced marketing team in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct daily performance reviews to ensure campaigns are aligned with KPIs and budget expectations.
  • Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy preparation.
  • Monitor lead quality and collaborate with internal staff to improve conversion performance.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
  • Perform basic optimizations such as adjusting bids, refining audiences, and improving ad creative relevance.
  • Stay current with best practices and trends in digital advertising, especially within the legal industry.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in paid advertising or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • English B2, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during PST working hours.
