We are looking for an outstanding Operation Manager to lead our party hostel

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily hostel operations (check-ins, cleanliness, guest experience)
- Manage and schedule staff and volunteers
- Handle basic accounting, inventory, and reporting
- Coordinate and promote hostel events and activities
- Respond to guest reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain communication in WhatsApp/social media.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Responsible, organized, and great with people
- Always punctual and reliable
- Good to have: accounbtability experience
- Good to have: Previous hospitality experience
