**Your Day-to-Day**:
At Wizeline we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage all People Operations in Wizeline’s Mexico office. You will have a great opportunity to work within a People Operations team that is viewed as instrumental to the company’s success and hyper-growth we want to have.

You will report directly to the Colombia Division Operations Director & People Lead and work closely with the local and global leadership team and other team members to build and manage innovative people practices for an exceptional company.

You will be responsible for:

- Being the single point of execution and accountability for all People Operations in Colombia; operating as a key leader who is not afraid of speaking up and being direct about what is right for the team and company
- Fully understanding our business objectives to design and implement HR plans and programs that are aligned to success metrics
- Acting as both an employee champion and change agent who operates with empathy and a strong grounding in people management theories and practices; balancing employee advocacy while ensuring necessary actions for the greater good of the company
- Forming and maintaining strong partnerships with all key stakeholders communicating proactively and efficiently with all stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent communication at all times; ensuring stakeholders are aware of both obstacles/delays as well as progress
- Consulting on and resolving complex management challenges and employee relations issues; providing expertise in Human Resources, navigating through local laws and practices to ensure all people practices are compliant as well as innovative and competitive
- Providing talent management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, performance management); performing as a role model people manager who is capable of motivating and managing diverse team members
- Managing all HR operations and related policies for Colombia, ensuring programs are launched and adopted and ensuring 100 % data integrity of employee records and payroll
- Operational Excellence: Guarantee the execution of the People Operations processes with high service quality for the different stakeholders
- Creativity and innovation: Identify key areas to add value to the Employee Life Cycle to ensure an exceptional employee experience by innovating in people practices that will differentiate the company in the marketplace
- Empowerment and influence: Be able to remove obstacles to support new initiatives and influence the different stakeholders to implement and execute changes in processes that will support a hyper growth
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional team members to effectively collaborate to create and implement HR processes or solutions.

**Must-have Skills**:

- +6 years of experience in People Operations areas or similar in tech companies
- Preferably with experience in Change Management for organization transformation, initiatives or programs implementation.
- Bias towards getting things done quickly yet collaboratively
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of how businesses become successful
- Ability to plan ahead to achieve a strategic objective as well as flex in order to address immediate needs
- Approachable yet professional, mature, and maintains high standards of integrity
- A proven track record of strategic and operational HR experience within a similar industry and with a similar growth trajectory
- Mastery of at least one fundamental area of HR - compensation, performance management, learning & development, or employee relations
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to be assertive with insights and recommendations based on experience and data
- People management experience; ability to be a calming and objective force during difficult times
