Remote Operations Team Manager

**Job Summary**:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, support staff and representatives to achieve operational goals and enhance performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of established processes and procedures.
- Identify and analyze trends in performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior management.
- Readiness to take on ad hoc tasks/projects
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager/ Training and Quality Manager or 5 years as a Senior Team Leader in the BPO industry
- Experienced in leading an entire operations team/unit of at least 25 FTEs or more
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and drive accountability across all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Organized and Agile while performing in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Background or knowledge of Workforce Management Principles is a plus
- Experience working in a similar field (automotive) or familiarity with cars in the US market is a plus
Work Hours: 50 hrs per week (6 days a week)
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
