Responsibilities Supervises, motivates and coaches the company’s personnel working the operation department. Monitors staffing levels to ensure games and tables are adequately staffed for each shift, arranging staff rotations and days off and locating substitute employees, as necessary. Enforces all game policies and procedures as established by the company. Takes initiative for improvements of the operations and delivery of the general feedback from the staff, the players and the licensees. Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives in accordance with current conditions. Acts in a professional manner to maintain an orderly atmosphere on the facility. Evaluates performance of managers for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives. Requirements At least 2 years of previous experience in an Operations Management role. Previous experience in managing teams with over 200 employees and a significant volume of new employees is a plus. Basic financial knowledge and experience in budgeting. People manager, able to maintain and develop a team from scratch. Strong emphasis on quality assurance and leadership. Empathetic, flexible and proactive personality. Good negotiation skills, able to support and build good working relationships with people at all levels. Ability to work on a flexible schedule in shifts of 9 hours, including breaks if necessary (day, mid‑day, night, weekend, holidays). PC literate. Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and in another agreed language as a plus.
