**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a **communication hub** between clients, subcontractors, and the Upstream Home teamanticipating needs and ensuring smooth, proactive coordination.
- ** Operate and manage CRMs** to update project statuses, track client information, and document key communication threads.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks with **exceptional attention to detail**.
- Ensure all written communications and documentation are accurate, well-formatted, and reflect Upstream Home's values.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative coordinator, or in a similar support role.
- Proven ability to work with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and adapt to new platforms quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsclear, warm, and professional.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working remotely with mínimal supervisionself-motivated, tech-savvy, and reliable setup.
