**On-Site Technical Support L1**

**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.
- Gestión y documentación de tickets en la herramienta ServiceNow
- Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.
- Brindar soporte a salas de videoconferencia.
- Recepción y acompañamiento de proveedores.
- Recepción, alistamiento y entrega de equipos a usuario final.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Ser técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de ingeniería de sistemas o afines.
- Experiência mínima de 3 a 6 meses en soporte técnico en sitio.
- Conocimiento de prácticas ITIL.
- Conocimiento del sistema operativo Windows 10 y Microsoft Office 365.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y calidad de servicio.
- Familiaridad con la resolución de problemas de hardware y software.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Comprensión básica de conceptos y protocolos de redes.
