Technical Support Representative, On Site @ Barranquilla, Colombia

Quantic is a cloud-based point of sale solutions company based in PA (USA). We are looking for a full-time contract Technical Support Representative who can communicate with customers and troubleshoot POS issues, including basic network connectivity problems.
Additional responsibilities for the position include:
- Inbound and Outbound calls to address technical issues and customer support.
- Ticket Managing and Follow Up on existing cases ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Case Documentation
- Product Testing: Participate in testing tasks and look for ways to gain more product knowledge as well as sharing their findings with the team to suggest product enhancements and improvements.

**Required**: B2 English
**Salary**: See table (Negotiable)
**Schedule**:
- 8-hour shift (with 1 hour for lunch, totaling 9 hours)
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- University/Technical degree (preferred)
- High School Diploma
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year
- Customer service: 1 year
