About the Role:
We are hiring 10 Sales Reservation Agents with excellent English skills to join the Westgate Marketing LLC team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to prospects interested in promotional vacation packages linked with timeshare tours. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, disciplined, energetic, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be on the dialer for the entire assigned shift.
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Follow scripts with a friendly, clear, and persuasive tone.
- Evaluate if prospects meet program requirements.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, resorts, and packages.
- Explain financial consequences if the prospect misses the tour.
- Complete reservations quickly and accurately.
- Verify reservations and resolve issues.
- Achieve production and conversion targets.
- Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Perform other supervisor-assigned duties.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a BPO environment.
- Excellent English verbal communication (C1 required).
- Results and metrics-driven approach.
- Professional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and passion for sales.
