At CRG Colombia, we are looking a Level 1 Monitoring and Support Specialist for Meraki and Ruckus One Equipment, who is responsible for the continuous monitoring, management, and initial resolution of incidents related to network infrastructures based on Meraki and Ruckus One devices. This role is crucial in ensuring operational continuity and network efficiency, providing first-level technical support, and escalating more complex issues to higher support levels.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
- Studies in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Meraki CMNA, Ruckus Wireless Certified Specialist (RCS) are highly valued.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in the field of networks and telecommunications.
- Familiarity with Meraki and Ruckus One network management platforms.
- Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to diagnose network issues and perform basic configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Constantly monitor the status of Meraki and Ruckus One equipment.
- Detect and notify any anomalies, disruptions, or performance issues in real-time.
- Provide initial technical support to resolve incidents and issues reported by users or detected through monitoring.
- Request the replacement of affected access points, guaranteeing the continuity of the service.
- Carry out periodic reviews of alerts generated by equipment disconnections, investigating the causes and taking preventive measures.
- Escalate complex cases or that require manufacturer intervention, maintaining effective communication to resolve problems.
