Right now, we are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner Team Lead to join our team in Medellin, Bogota

You will get the chance to:

  • Lead the TCBP team for the corresponding city.
  • Help define processes, methodologies, and work standards while continuously looking to improve existing processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process, disciplinary aspects, organizational climate plans, culture interventions, engagement strategy, events, and talent management actions.
  • Bring new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders, working with leaders and Globers to reinforce the company culture.
  • Possess autonomy to perform day-to-day tasks without constant supervision.
  • Involve the Manager when relevant/cross decisions have to be made.
  • Teach, coach, and mentor team members (Upskilling & Reskilling).
