Right now, we are looking for a** Talent & Culture Business Partner Team Lead** to join our team in** Medellin, Bogota**

**_You will get the chance to:_**
- Leading the TCBP team for the corresponding city.
- Helps to define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always is looking to improve existing processes.
- Responsible for managing along with the team the onboarding process, disciplinary aspects, organizational climate plans and culture interventions, engagement strategy, events and talent management actions.
- Brings new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders, working with leaders and Globers for reinforcing the company culture.
- Possesses autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision.
- Involves Manager when relevant/cross decisions have to be made.
- Teaches, coaches/mentors her/his team members (Upskilling & Reskilling).
